Can I change the proxy location?

Premium proxies

Yes, it is possible to change the location of your premium proxies via the Account Upgrades.  However, making a location change will require you to renew for the next 30 days. (EG If you have 13 days remaining, you will have to renew 17 days extra). Your account credit will be automatically subtracted from the final price.

To change country, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Dashboard.

2. Go to the Account Upgrades section of your dashboard.

3. Remove the number of proxies from your current country.

4. Enter the number of slots in your preferred country.

5. Click "Continue" and proceed with the payment.

Please take note that changing country allocation has a charge because this will also reset your subscription to 30 days.

Dedicated proxies

Currently, we only provide US dedicated proxies.

Residential proxies

It can access a specific country. For country-specific information on the residential proxies, please refer to this article.
