Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The purchase is not related to an account upgrade;
  • The Purchaser hasn’t used more than 1 GB of traffic;
  • Payment is made via credit card or PayPal;
  • The purchase doesn’t exceed $100
  • There has been no refund to the same Purchaser within the same calendar month. 
  • The purchaser requested the refund within three days after the purchase.
