Can I have a trial?Unfortunately, due to high abuse from our trial program, we do currently not provide trials. If you would like to receive a refund guarantee for testing our products, please contact the ProxyScrape support.

How to cancel my subscription?We currently support subscriptions for both PayPal and credit cards. If you are on a subscription, you will see a "billing" tab on your dashboard. If you do not see this, you are not on a subscription. To cancel your subscription, go to the billing tab and click "Cancel subscription", next go to the Paddle website by clicking "Subscription cancellation".

Can I get a refund?We offer refunds under the following conditions: The purchase is not related to an account upgrade; The Purchaser hasn’t used more than 1 GB of traffic; Payment is made via credit card or PayPal; The purchase doesn’t exceed $100 There has been no refund to the same Purchaser within the same calendar month. The purchaser requested the refund within three days after the purchase. For a more detailed description, please read our terms and conditions section 8.

Why are PayPal and credit card unavailable?In some cases, our security system might determine that your transaction is too high risk and will block you from using PayPal or credit card to prevent fraudulent transactions. In this case, please choose one of our alternative payment methods. If PayPal or credit card are your only available transaction methods, please contact our support, in which case we might be able to whitelist you on our security system.
