Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The purchase is not related to an account upgrade;
- The Purchaser hasn’t used more than 1 GB of traffic;
- Payment is made via credit card or PayPal;
- The purchase doesn’t exceed $100
- There has been no refund to the same Purchaser within the same calendar month.
- The purchaser requested the refund within three days after the purchase.
