Can I pause my subscription?

Datacenter, premium, or dedicated proxies

We typically do not allow subscription pauses. However, if you have a valid reason, you may contact our support team to request a review. Please note that approval is not guaranteed. If your request is approved and your subscription is paused, you can contact our support team to reactivate it. Once reactivated, the subscription cannot be paused again, as this is a one-time exception.

Residential proxies

The residential proxies do not have to be paused when you are not using them. The subscription is bandwidth-based and will remain active as long as you have bandwidth on your account.
