How to renew my subscription?

Premium

If you paid using PayPal or a credit card for the plan and bought a one-month subscription, it will be automatically renewed every month. There is no need to renew your subscription manually; you can confirm this if you have a "Billing" section in your dashboard.

If you used a different payment method, you can renew your premium subscription via the account upgrades page on the dashboard here. 

Click the "+" button on the Subscription duration.

Finally, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page and continue with the renewal.

Dedicated

The dedicated proxies are still in beta. Currently, it is not possible to renew the plan via the dashboard. If you want to renew, please get in touch with ProxyScrape support via email or live chat. They will provide you with a custom payment link. Once paid, your plan will be renewed manually based on the number of months for which you have paid.

Residential proxies

To add more bandwidth to your current residential account, go to your dashboard's "Upgrades" section. Select the amount of data you want to add, then click "+Add Traffic" to be redirected to the checkout page.
